Xttrium is a family-owned and operated company based out of the Chicagoland area, their portfolio has since expanded to over 150 different FDA-approved infection prevention and healthcare products. Xttrium is one of “the leading U.S. manufacturer of 20% USP Chlorhexidine Gluconate, an antiseptic active pharmaceutical ingredient (API)”.

I partnered with the Department of Packaging to conduct an employee engagement initiative. I created a custom employee engagement assessment, made avaliable to two langauages, to measure employee perceptions. I collected and analyzed respondents’ data and measured engagement levels in the manufacturing department (60% actively engaged, 37% not engaged, and 3% actively disengaged). The assessment results were presented to managament in an Executive Data Report with recommendations and action plans to improve employee retention.
