XTTRIUM, QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT

Xttrium is a family-owned and operated company based out of the Chicagoland area, their portfolio has since expanded to over 150 different FDA-approved infection prevention and healthcare products. Xttrium is one of “the leading U.S. manufacturer of 20% USP Chlorhexidine Gluconate, an antiseptic active pharmaceutical ingredient (API)”.

I partnered with the Department of Quality Assurance to develope a series of HR systems and programs. The series began by conducting a job analysis for the position of Director of Quality Assurance, which informed the creation of a job description for the position. Naturally, the job description grounded the development of an employee selection process for hiring, which incorporated a multiple hurdle approach and intellegence sssessments. Followed by the development of a performance appraisal system to evalutate leader performance using a 360-degree feedback lens.
